 My name is Judy Bork. I want to thank you so much for visiting Beauty by God. For me, the name encompasses it all. I have been so fortunate to be able to capture some of God’s amazing beauty with my camera and then to share it with others, including you.
I love photography and believe that God has given me the ability to frame a photo in a way that hopefully opens up His majesty to the viewer. I also have had the great privilege to take these photos while traveling to many beautiful parts of the world including my own backyard.
This new venture began when, in a class based on the book, Plan A & There’s No Plan B (Dwight Robertson), I clearly believe I heard God say to me that I could serve Him right where I am and with what I have by putting His Scripture directly on my photos. Within a day or two, I had placed John 3:16 on a beautiful photo of Alaska and that was the beginning. It was exciting and creative and I loved it!
Since then, it has become a passion of mine to match the Scripture and quotes with photos so that there is a deep spiritual connection. I have been awed by how God speaks through these photos to individuals, addressing their particular needs at the time.
These Scripture/quote photos are offered here in the form of cards and Scripture Learning Packets. I pray that they will inspire you as God’s beauty and Scripture have inspired me.
